About Sanwa

Three decades
of grit.

Sanwa Diamond Tools has made diamond cutting tools since 1994. Today over 200 people in our two factories make tools for construction, stone and industry, and we export to more than 15 countries.

Quality and R&D

Made in our own factories, checked at every step.

  1. We test raw materials from trusted vendors, and check diamond quality, shape and powder morphology in our R&D lab.

  2. We sinter segments on Dr Fritsch machines from Germany.

  3. We laser weld segments on Dr Fritsch machines.

  4. Our quality control team checks every stage, from raw material to finished tool.

  5. Our R&D lab keeps improving the range; its newest result is Exakt.
